Real-time feedback
Production progress of customer orders is registered in real-time. In case of delays or problems, information is directly available about the impact on order deadlines. This way, production feedback is constantly accessible for management staff and customers can be informed on the status of their orders. As far as resources are concerned, MEScontrol.net provides for a clear view of the available capacity in the short and the long run.

Real-time equipment control
By aggregating production specifications in product definitions, the involved equipment on the shop-floor can be fed with the correct process parameters based on real-time scheduling.

Order rescheduling
The visualisation of order progress allows to pro-actively respond to changing production needs. If unforeseen circumstances prevented the completion of planned orders, MEScontrol.net will reschedule unfinished orders taking into account resource availability.

Operator control panel
Operator control panels display the operations scheduled in work centers. The operator has access to knowledge and information on all orders in the queue, e.g. bill of materials, equipment settings, work instructions and procedures. When the operator starts an operation, the parameters of the product definition are transferred to the equipment.
