ERP systems

MEScontrol.net relies on the B2MML protocol (business-to-manufacturing markup language) to exchange plant data between production and ERP in a structured way. B2MML is supported by most ERP suppliers: SAP, Baan, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft, Movex.

MESware successfully integrated projects with the following ERP suites: Axapta, Exact, SAP, etc.

Machinery in production (plant floor)

In order to exchange real-time data with equipment, printers, PLCs and SCADA software, MEScontrol.net adheres to the OPC standard (OLE for Process Control), which is supported by most manufacturers of industrial hardware.

Bottom-up integration requires expertise to exchange data and communicate with: PLCs, barcode printers (Intermec, Markem, Zebra, Markpoint, Avery, Datamax, Imaje, SATO, TEC), RFID equipment, etc.
