Potatoes - frozen

Mydibel (Moeskroen - B) is a pioneer in potato processing with a yearly throughput of approx. 250.000 tons of potatoes that are turned into fresh and frozen chips, flakes, croquettes and crisps.

MESware integrated a custom-made total solution that makes order treatment from A to Z more efficient and less time-consuming. Thanks to the extensive integration of ERP, MES and the automated shop floor, production can be effectively geared to the actual day-to-day demand.

The solution has the following features: :

• Traceability (T&T) from intake till expedition
• Link between orders & production (planning)
• Central control / routing packing lines
• Feedback from production to ERP and vice versa
